The retreat workshops
Time to relax, focus, regroup and grow.
We are hosting a series of workshops with a Mindfulness theme throughout- a workshop style talk and time for a Mindfulness practice.
Hosted by Amy Engleman. Amy is a counsellor, psychotherapist with a passion for Mindfulness. "I believe if we can bring forward openness about the challenges we all face, we can discover ways to grow and lead a fulfilling life" Mental health challenges are at an all time high, the answers can come from within us. We are all capable of growth, healing and success.
The sessions are open to anyone who wants to invest in themselves for 2019. We are all worthy of time invested, these sessions can be part of that process.
All sessions are 2 hours, with refreshments and time to share afterwards.
7pm to 9pm, Wednesdays.
Sessions are limited to 15 places.
