Have you been wanting to spruce up your home with some new cushion covers? Learn how to make cushions with a zip close at the bottom. A very simple technique that beginners can do! Learn to pin and cut out a sewing pattern, place the pattern onto fabric correctly, transfer pattern notations and cut. You will learn how to sew the cushion accurately and have lots of fun picking up some great sewing tips.
This workshop is aimed at those that have completed the Beginners sewing workshop or those that know their way around a sewing machine (beginner level).
Various sewing machines will be provided, however, we promote people bringing their own sewing machine. Please contact us after booking so we can confirm your machine is suitable for the class and has the correct zip foot attachment. If you are bringing your own machine, you'll need to come early to set it up and come to class with your machine's handbook.
